Delivery
All orders are processed and shipped on the same working day, if your order is placed before 4pm. Orders received after 4PM are processed and shipped on the next working day. Orders placed on weekends and public holidays are not included in the above and your order will be processed and shipped on the next working day.
Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email which you can use to follow your orders journey.
Due to COVID-19 there may be some transit delays and delivery can take one or two days more than expected. We will do our best to process and deliver your order within the expected timeframe and we appreciate your patience during this time.
Returns; Refunds & Exchanges
You can return your unopened products, in their original condition and packaging and the seal intact within 14 days.
In order for us to accept your return you’ll need to get in touch with our customer service team so that we can register your return in advance. Please send us an email or use the contact form below – stating your name, order number and reason for return. Our experienced customer service team will be happy to assist you with either a refund which you can expect within 5 days of the products arrival back to our offices, or exchange if preferred.
Our customer service team will also let you know that you are responsible for the shipping of your returned goods; and we advise that you hold on carefully to your shipping receipt, as you will be liable for any delays or delivery issues whilst the product is on its way back to us. We will confirm via email once we have received your return and will arrange your refund or exchange as has been previously organised with our team.
We do our very best to ship our products to you as carefully as possible. Nevertheless, sometimes a delivery can arrive damaged – if this is the case please contact us and we will take you through steps to arrange a replacement for your damaged product.
